Resident Council
Meetings are held monthly by residents within the Home. Issues, concerns and information about the Home are discussed and addressed. Minutes are taken by staff and posted within the Home.

Family Council
Victoria Gardens has an established Family Council which acts as an advocacy, empowerment and support group to the residents and their families. Meetings are scheduled four times a year and all family members are encouraged to attend.
